We're currently hiring **Full-Time Motor Claim Specialists** to support our customers through their motor claim journey. Whether you're early in your career or looking for a new challenge, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

As a Motor Claim Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for customers dealing with vehicle damage or weather-related incidents. You'll help guide them through the claim process with care, confidence, and empathy.

**Position Overview**:

- **Job Title**: Motor Claim Specialist
- **Location**: Hybrid Role - remote with occasional in-office requirements (post training period)
- **Salary**: $60,000 + 12% Super + performance-based incentives
- **Start Date**: Monday 21st July 2025
- **Work Model**: Hybrid working post probation period
- **Training Location**: Onsite at our Brisbane office **7 weeks of full-time paid training** (Mon-Fri, 8:30am-4:30pm)
- **Holiday Restrictions**: Please note, no leave can be taken during the 7-week training period
- **Shift Pattern**:Monday to Friday - start window between 8:00am and 10:00am
- Please note: 'Start window' means you can be asked to start at any time between the hours shown. You must be able to fully commit to the shift shown._

**What You'll Be Doing**
- Providing friendly and efficient customer service via phone.
- Handling motor claim enquiries with empathy, urgency, and accuracy
- Building rapport and trust while navigating customers through their claim
- Working collaboratively with your team to balance service, risk, and performance

**What We're Looking For**
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Confidence using multiple computer systems and tools
- Resilience, empathy, and the ability to manage sensitive situations
- Team players who are committed to growth and learning
- Previous call centre experience is a plus, but not required - we'll teach you everything you need to know
