Job Description

This role involves handling incoming, outgoing and internal telephone calls to ensure effective call routing.

The key responsibilities include managing emergency codes, public announcements and responding to in-person enquiries from patients, carers, staff and community at the main Enquiries desk.

A team player is required to work collaboratively and cooperatively with others in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and managing challenging interactions in a calm, professional and compassionate manner.

The successful candidate will possess excellent customer service and communication skills, with previous reception or clerical experience.

This is a part-time and casual opportunity available up to 13 hours per week, requiring flexibility and willingness to work day, evening and weekend shifts.

The organisation values diversity and inclusion, and all employees must be willing and able to wear Personal Protective Equipment when required.
