At ForHealth Medical Centres, we provide quality, accessible healthcare across a nationwide network of medical centres and independent health practitioners.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Second In Charge. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, supporting administrative duties, and fostering professional working relationships with team members, patients, and medical staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming patients, collecting and entering patient details, answering telephone calls and enquiries, scheduling appointments, and Reception duties
  • Ad hoc administrative duties and supporting the Practice Manager
  • Opening and closing the Medical Centre

Requirements:

  • Previous team leadership experience within a customer service role
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills with knowledge of Pracsoft/MedTech advantageous
