
Contact Centre Advisor

Our team is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Call Centre Operator to join our dynamic call centre environment.
This role will involve:
- Providing accurate and efficient responses to internal & external customers via multiple channels.
- Resolving escalated enquiries and accurately recording and referring unsolved issues.
- Collaborating with colleagues as an effective Team Member, participating in learning & development activities, continuous improvement initiatives and assisting others.
- Ensuring accurate data entry and maintaining confidentiality.
- Resolving problems and exercising professional judgement.
- Demonstrating effective questioning techniques to establish and resolve customers' needs.
Key Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated experience in providing excellent customer service to a diverse audience. Additionally, they should be able to provide accurate and timely advice to customers, have competent computer literacy skills, including data entry and MS Office proficiency, and commit to ongoing professional and personal development.
Working Hours
The roles require working 25-28 hours over 5 days between the hours of 8am - 6pm, with the occasional Saturday shift between 8.30am-12.30pm.
