We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Healthcare Professional to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient-centered care to the community.
About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients. You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive primary healthcare services, including diagnosing and managing a range of health conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered primary healthcare services to the community.
- Assess, diagnose, and manage a broad range of acute and chronic health conditions using evidence-based practice.
- Communicate clearly and empathetically with patients from diverse backgrounds.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive primary healthcare services.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Demonstrated ability to assess, diagnose, and manage a broad range of acute and chronic health conditions.
- Strong commitment to patient-centered care with a focus on prevention, early intervention, and continuity.
- Proven ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with patients from diverse backgrounds.
- Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) or equivalent.
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Medical Practitioner.
