Deliver High-Quality Nursing Care
As a Practice Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional nursing care to our diverse patient population. You will have the chance to develop your skills and expertise while making a real difference in the lives of our patients.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients, including primary care treatment, preventative care, screening, and education.
- Support the nursing team in organising nursing services, provide wound care, immunisations, screening programs, and chronic disease management.
- Advise patients on minor ailments with GP referrals as needed.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Registered Nurse (Adult) qualification with the NMC.
- CPD evidence and experience as a qualified nurse, preferably in primary care.
