
Compassionate Home Care Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team, working three days a week with the potential to transition to a Full-Time Permanent position in early 2025. We provide exceptional aged and disability care, as well as nursing services in the comfort of our clients' homes.
- Meet with clients and their families to assess their healthcare needs and develop meaningful relationships.
- Conduct health assessments and create personalized care plans.
- Provide essential nursing services, including catheter care, wound care, clinical assessments, and palliative care.
- Handle information requests, feedback, and general inquiries with professionalism and care.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Nursing qualification and relevant experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
- Proficient in using computers and software.
- Current registration with AHPRA.
