Job Title: Primary Care Nurse
About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team in a primary care setting. As a Practice Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care, supporting the delivery of efficient services, and contributing to the achievement of practice goals.
Key Responsibilities- Patient Care: Provide assessment, screening, treatment, and health education advice to patients, including primary care treatment, preventative care, screening, and education.
- Nursing Services: Work as part of the practice nursing team to organize nursing services, provide wound care, immunizations, screening programs, and chronic disease management.
- Administrative Duties: Participate in administrative duties, maintain accurate records in SystmOne, and ensure documentation is completed.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A registered nurse qualification (Adult) with the NMC.
- Experience as a qualified nurse in a primary care setting.
- Post-registration qualifications in primary care, such as cervical cytology, immunizations, contraception, or chronic disease management.
