As a Sales and Marketing Coordinator, your responsibilities will include managing costs, maintaining monthly cost ledgers, preparing reports for the Conference and Events team, handling invoices and payments to vendors, suppliers, and clients, reconciling invoices at the end of the month, coordinating and checking accommodation and events space for site visits daily, and assisting in the distribution of materials when required.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Organises time and work efficiently
- Effective numeracy, verbal, and written communication skills
- Highly organised and manages priorities efficiently
- Handles tasks carefully and correctly
- Good team player; contributes to and assists co-workers without being asked
- Previous administrative experience
