We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Butler to join our dynamic management team in a prestigious 5 Star Hotel. As a key member of our staff, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our award-winning Director of Culinary and provide exceptional end-to-end experiences to VIP guests.

The role requires managing a team of 4 and providing personalized support to dignitaries, including royalty. You will also be responsible for liaising with concierge services to coordinate guest schedules and ensuring that all VIP needs and requirements are met.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing impeccable customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Expert knowledge of Food & Beverage service
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Self-motivated and professional with a strong attention to detail
