Senior Director of Human Resources

At our organization, we are seeking a strategic leader to join our team as a Senior Director of Human Resources. This role will partner closely with Commercial leadership to drive HR initiatives and manage the Human Resources Manager.

The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience in human resources or a related field, with expertise in developing strategic workforce plans and mentoring HR talent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise senior Commercial leaders on organizational design, development, and change leadership.
  • Define and implement value-added HR strategies and solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Establish talent attraction, development, and motivation strategies to support business growth.
  • Build partnerships with HR functions to provide HR solutions to key business needs.
  • Use data and people analytics to inform Commercial and HR priorities.
  • Lead corporate-wide programs to enhance the employee experience.
  • Manage complex employee relations issues and ensure legal compliance.

The successful candidate will be an expert-level professional with a strong track record of driving HR strategy and leading high-performing teams. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across the organization.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related discipline.
  • Expert-level experience developing strategic workforce plans and mentoring HR talent.
