Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for day-to-day HR queries from business leaders and employees.
Manage low to medium-level employee relations cases, including performance management, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
Provide coaching and support to leaders on managing employee issues effectively.
Support HR Business Partners and the HR Manager in implementing people strategies aligned with business goals.
Review employment contracts and letters before they are distributed.
Projects
The launch of a new intranet and updating its content.
Reviewing and updating company policies and procedures.
Creating HR reports, primarily using Excel.
Preparing for and supporting the employee engagement survey.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in human resources, with experience in managing employee relations cases.
You should be an excellent communicator, highly organized, and have a proactive approach to your work.
A strong understanding of employment law and a passion for people will be key to your success in this role.
Qualifications
