Act as the first point of contact for day-to-day HR queries from business leaders and employees.Manage low to medium-level employee relations cases, including performance management, grievances, and disciplinary actions.Provide coaching and support to leaders on managing employee issues effectively.Support HR Business Partners and the HR Manager in implementing people strategies that are aligned with our business goals.Review employment contracts and letters before they are distributed.Based on your skills and capability, you'll also have the opportunity to get involved in a range of projects, including:The launch of a new intranet and updating its content.Reviewing and updating company policies and procedures.Creating HR reports, primarily using Excel.Preparing for and supporting the employee engagement survey.The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in human resources, with experience in managing employee relations cases.
You should be an excellent communicator, highly organized, and have a proactive approach to your work.
A strong understanding of employment law and a passion for people will be key to your success in this role.You'll be part of a supportive team within a stable, reputable company.
