About this Senior HR Partner role
- Act as a trusted coach and case manager for senior leaders in a complex, regulated environment.
- Lead high-risk employee relations cases, provide leadership coaching and shape how HR supports the workforce.
- Triage, guide and resolve high-level people matters while strengthening line leaders' ability to manage performance, conduct and absence issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel operational and corporate leaders on proactive people management
- Manage complex HR matters including grievances and investigations
- Escalate complex HR queries across the employee lifecycle
- Analyse workforce data to identify trends and recommend solutions
- Promote frameworks around talent, diversity and organisational change
- Build strong relationships with line managers and develop their leadership capability
About You
- Bring solid experience in HR advisory and case management within large or unionised environments
- Hold knowledge of employment legislation and public sector HR frameworks
- Demonstrate proven coaching and influencing skills for senior line leaders
- Show excellent communication, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
