THE ROLE
This is a full-time hybrid role that combines remote work with time at client sites and our office (Northern Gold Coast/Brisbane). Expect variety, challenge, and a tonne of impact.

Here's how you'll contribute:

  • Compliance & ER: Offer clear, confident advice across Awards, policy, performance, conduct and investigations

  • People Projects: Design and roll out strategic frameworks – onboarding, policies, contracts, role clarity, performance, EVP, engagement and more

  • Recruitment: Manage quality-driven low volume hiring processes for our clients

  • Client Partnering: Deliver great work on time and support business leaders by helping them solve problems and sleep easier at night.

  • Team Engagement: Be a trusted presence who lifts the team around them

WHO YOU ARE
You're experienced, switched-on, and confident enough to own your space in the room. You love variety, don't shy away from complexity, and want to work somewhere where your potential is supported, too.

What you bring:

  • 4 years of broad HR experience, ideally across multiple industries

  • Strong understanding of employment law

  • Authenticity, warmth, and a practical problem-solving mindset

  • High standards – you take pride in doing things well

  • Bonus points if you're an IR nerd or can sniff out a people risk from 50 metres
