About the Role
  • This is a key position in the Site Leadership Team, reporting directly to the Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Implement and manage HR strategies aligned with the company's goals.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with site leaders and employees.
  3. Cultivate a culture of excellence through coaching, mentoring, and training programs.
Requirements
  • Proven leadership experience in complex environments, preferably in mining or heavy industry.
  • Exceptional knowledge of employment law, enterprise agreements, and industrial relations.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and develop high-performing teams.
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
