Procurement and Contract Management Specialist

About the role
- Support the Commercial Manager in preparing, reviewing, and administering contracts and related documents.
- Assist in the administration of head contracts to ensure all obligations are fulfilled, including progress claims, notices, variations, and contractual correspondence.
This role involves managing project timelines, budgets, and resources in collaboration with the Project Manager and Commercial Manager.
In addition, you will be required to negotiate contract terms and conditions with subcontractors and suppliers as needed, and communicate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve contractual issues promptly.
Key requirements for this role include 4+ years of experience as a Contracts Administrator, preferably in the Construction or Fitout or Light Commercial industry, and proficiency in Pro-Core or a similar software.
The estimated salary for this position is AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
