As a Procurement Administrator with Echo Entertainment Group, you will play a crucial role in supporting the procurement team and implementing new processes to drive business growth.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned administrator to join our team and contribute to the success of our company. With a strong focus on risk management, supplier communication, and contract administration, this role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

We are looking for an experienced professional who can update and coordinate supplier risk assessments, implement new contract management platforms, and maintain accurate records of contracted suppliers. A few key responsibilities of this role include:

  • SUPPORT PROCUREMENT CATEGORY MANAGERS & SPECIALISTS BY UPDATING COORDINATING SUPPLIER RISK ASSESSMENTS AND SUBSEQUENT ADMINISTRATION IN THE CONTRACT MANAGEMENT PLATFORM
  • SUPPORT WITH THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE GROUP'S NEW CONTRACT MANAGEMENT PLATFORM; INCLUDING MAINTAINING THE CORRECT MAPPING OF 50 LEGAL TEMPLATES
  • SUPPORT PROCUREMENT CATEGORY MANAGERS & SPECIALISTS BY ADMINISTERING SUPPLIER RELATED KPI'S (LOADING KPI'S FOR KEY SUPPLIERS IN THE SYSTEM AND ENSURING PERFORMANCE ISSUES ARE RECORDED AND FOLLOWED UP ON IN CONJUNCTION WITH OPERATIONS)
  • INPUT AND MAINTAIN ALL CONTRACTED SUPPLIER CONTRACT DETAILS IN ORDER TO HAVE AN ACCURATE COMMUNICATIONS DATABASE
  • ASSIST IN THE COORDINATION AND COLLATION OF SUPPLIER SURVEYS (RELATED TO MODERN SLAVERY, SELF-ASSESSED RISK STATEMENTS, FINANCIAL CRIME & CYBER ASSESSMENTS, ETC)
