We have several positions available in our procurement team, offering a huge scope for growth and exciting initiatives. You will work across analyzing spends and contractual agreements, collaborating with relationship managers on renewals or go-to-market initiatives.

Your Role

As a Procurement Contract Specialist, you will:

  • Manage new/existing supplier entries into systems, ensuring timely completion of milestones and tasks.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in the procurement team to oversee end-to-end processes for onboarding and renewals.
  • Facilitate the entry of required information into core systems.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the experience.
  • Work closely with the NAB Sourcing Consultant to manage the end-to-end process for onboarding and renewals.
  • Provide clear and reliable assessments and information regarding the process.
  • Maintain strict compliance with regulatory guidelines to ensure the Supplier process aligns with all obligations and controls.
  • Action requests for new and renewal suppliers.
  • Provide exceptional service by assisting colleagues in the team who initiate requests, guiding them through the process, addressing their concerns, and providing timely updates on the status of their request.
