Leadership Opportunity for Results-Driven Sales Manager

Drive sales success and customer satisfaction as our next Retail Centre Manager at our Artarmon Dealership.
In this role, you will lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while achieving sales and profitability targets. You will oversee the entire customer journey, manage site operations, and ensure everything runs smoothly and meets our high standards.
You will:
- Lead and motivate your team to achieve P&L performance goals and meet key performance indicators.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work closely with stock control to meet inventory demands and optimize vehicle delivery.
- Oversee finance and insurance operations to ensure compliance and support business growth.
- Maintain safe and compliant site operations in line with HSE and OEM standards.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop your team members to achieve high engagement and performance.
- Promote retail best practices and maintain legally compliant processes.
We are seeking an experienced manager with a proven track record in sales leadership, team development, and customer satisfaction. Your strong communication skills, attention to detail, and focus on delivering excellent customer service will make you a great fit for this role.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven management experience in a sales environment, with a successful track record in driving revenue growth.
- Success in leading and developing teams to achieve customer satisfaction and performance goals.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards.
- Familiarity with the automotive industry and F&I knowledge is highly desirable.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to work flexible hours, including Saturdays.
