About the Role

At Seven West Media, we are seeking a talented Digital Group Sales Manager to lead our sales revenue growth from designated portfolios of advertisers and marketers. As a key member of our digital sales team, you will be responsible for formulating and implementing strategies to meet our revenue and yield goals, as well as undertaking sales activities that enhance our brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain robust relationships with advertising agents, media consultants, marketers, and advertisers to reach and exceed advertising sales targets.
  • Manage and develop sales staff and processes within your designated span of control.
  • Monitor and report on group members' performance, taking corrective action where necessary.
  • Share information, data, reports, and market intelligence to grow revenue across departments, networks, and the company more broadly.
About You

You will be a strategic, engaging, and results-driven leader with a passion for media and sales. Your experience in sales leadership, ideally in media, advertising, or marketing, will enable you to excel in this role. Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Strong time-management and organization skills to ensure objectives are accomplished effectively within given timeframes.
  • Customer focus and sales ability, demonstrating an understanding of a 'customer-first' approach.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with knowledge of OZTAM and industry software a plus.
