As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing targeted sales strategies to secure new clients through self-generated business development & activity from the inside sales channel.

Your key responsibilities will include building strong, trust-based relationships with business owners, gaining insight into their unique HR and WHS challenges, and clearly articulating complex HR and WHS regulations, showcasing the value of Peninsula's services.
