About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Senior New Business BDM, you will be responsible for driving growth by forging and nurturing strategic partnerships with Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs). Your exceptional sales acumen and relationship-building prowess will enable you to identify client needs and deliver tailored solutions that ensure compliance and promote success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to secure new clients through self-generated business development & activity from the inside sales channel
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with business owners, gaining insight into their unique HR and WHS challenges.
  • Clearly articulate complex HR and WHS regulations, showcasing the value of Peninsula's services.
  • Consistently deliver quarterly sales target
  • Accurately build and manage your sales pipeline in Salesforce.
What We're Looking For
  • A proven track record in field-based B2B sales, ideally within a professional services context, industry experience is NOT needed
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • A self-motivated individual who thrives in managing their own territory and exceeding sales targets.
