Key Account Development Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled and organized Key Account Development Specialist to support our sales team with lead qualification, routing, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualify leads, route them to the appropriate sales representative, and contribute to increasing revenue growth
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and provide exceptional customer service
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of software licensing policies, customer quotations, and commercial agreements
  • Utilize strong organization and prioritization skills to consistently meet deadlines, achieve sales targets, and foster a customer satisfaction focus through excellent communication and listening skills

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
  • General awareness and understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management
  • Familiarity with software licensing, policies, and generating customer quotations (desired)
  • Strong English skills (spoken and written), with ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
