Job Title: Key Account Development Specialist

Job Description:

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to support our customer base, providing exceptional account management and sales expertise.
  • This role involves developing and implementing strategies to expand volumes and the number of products sold within assigned customer groups.
  • You will establish strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of technical support to maximize sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide account management support for existing accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and objectives.
  • Maintain relationships with principals and work towards achieving their sales and promotion objectives within allocated territories.

Requirements:

  • You will be responsible for utilizing CRM and Business Intelligence systems to capture and action customer, lead, and opportunity-related information.
  • Timely provision of information to the Business Unit Manager using reporting tools provided.
  • Fostering a culture of professionalism and ethics in all dealings, both internal and external.
  • Participating in training to develop product and sales knowledge.
  • Monitoring customer contracts and assisting with renewal.
  • Managing stock reorders and monitoring outstanding stock orders.
  • Potential growth path to an account manager role based on performance.

Additional Requirements:

  • Responsible Care programme adherence to achieve continuous improvement in safety, health, and environmental management.
