The Key Account Development Specialist is a high-achieving sales professional responsible for building and maintaining strategic partnerships with key clients across Australia.
This individual will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and ensuring the company's reputation as a leader in the consumer electronics industry.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and execute customized sales strategies to meet the unique needs of key clients, resulting in increased sales revenue and customer satisfaction.
- BUILD strong relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate resellers and enterprise customers, to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional customer service, resolve issues promptly, and ensure client loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
- Travel to client sites and industry events to build relationships, showcase products, and close deals.
- A minimum of 1+ years' experience in B2B sales, preferably in the consumer electronics or mobile phone industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of the Australian market and regulatory environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible attitude towards travel and working hours.
