Regional Professional Development Lead

Our organization is currently seeking an experienced leader to fill the position of Regional Workplace Educator.
">We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual who can lead a team of dedicated professionals and deliver education and training programs that enhance employee knowledge, skills and performance within residential aged care.
">This role involves developing and implementing annual and ad-hoc training plans to address key development areas, compliance and organisational goals. You will also ensure all training initiatives align with our values, safety and aged care standards and legislative requirements.
">You will be responsible for managing education and training spend, conducting needs analysis and developing learning plans to address any identified gaps. Additionally, you will oversee the coordination, delivery and completion of new employee induction and onboarding.
">This is a unique opportunity to blend your passion for education with your people leadership skills and experience into a dynamic role that supports multiple RAC homes within a dedicated region.
">The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in leading a team of professionals, completing Adult Training Education qualifications and delivering education and training programs using adult learning principles.
">You will have solid experience conducting Training Needs Analysis and converting to a Learning Plan, competent in using computer systems including the full Microsoft Suite and good understanding of the Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards.
