The Role:

We're seeking an experienced Senior Regional Refurbishment Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality refurbishments across our NSW retirement villages. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your project management skills and lead a team of professionals in achieving excellence.

  • Lead a team of Regional Refurbishment Managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Establish and maintain high standards for the region through effective leadership and team management.
  • Deliver outstanding refurbishment projects that meet our customers' needs and exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of reinstatement and refurbishment projects, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop scope and specification documentation, distribute tenders, and assess bids from contractors and suppliers.
  • Ensure the safety and compliance of all site personnel, including contractors and consultants.
  • Provide direction and guidance to contractors and consultants to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in residential fit-outs, refurbishments, and renovations.
  • Current driver's licence essential, with regular site visits required.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Property Management, Project Management, or Business Studies desirable.
