About the Role:

The Cafe Operations Assistant will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our cafe, including preparing and serving menu items, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and providing excellent customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve menu items to customers
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including cleaning equipment and utensils
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a cafe or food service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions
  • Able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
