Cafe Operations Manager

Our Cafe seeks a dynamic leader to oversee daily cafe operations, inspiring team members and driving excellence in service quality. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of relevant cafe leadership experience, flexibility in working hours, and the ability to create refreshing experiences for customers while ensuring a safe environment.

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve operational targets and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Foster a positive work environment by coaching, developing, and motivating team members to achieve their best.
  • Ensure seamless day-to-day operations, including roster planning, stock management, and adherence to health and safety protocols.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the cafe.

Job Requirements:
