Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sales Professional to join our team as an Enterprise Account Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting and closing new business opportunities across the ANZ region.

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will work closely with existing customers to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion. You will also be responsible for managing forecasts, tracking customer data, and articulating the value of our products to customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion with existing customers
  • Managing all aspects of the sales process, including prospecting, sales meetings, product demos, proofs of concept, proposals, negotiations, and account management
  • Cultivating sales through outbound prospecting and inbound leads
  • Understanding and conveying the value of both Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise
  • Managing quote creation, order processing, and day-to-day customer requests
RequirementsTechnical Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in infrastructure technology sales
  • Demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement in a highly competitive environment (top 10% performer)
  • Energetic, upbeat, entrepreneurial, tenacious team player
  • Adaptable and with demonstrable experience in high velocity technology companies
  • Experience using Salesforce
  • Familiarity with open source technology is a significant advantage
Soft Skills
  • Excellent communication skills in all channels (in person, online, in writing)
  • Ability to form strong working relationships both in person and virtually
  • Experience using Command of the Message and MEDD(P)ICC is ideal

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues. They will also have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and a strong understanding of the technical and business requirements of the role.
