Data-Driven Business Growth Specialist

About this role
This role is a key part of our team, working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to drive business growth through data-driven insights. You will play a crucial role in helping us understand complex business problems and develop solutions that deliver real value.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop campaign performance presentations that are clear, actionable, and align with existing business objectives.
- Presentation insights and explain difficult concepts with confidence and tell a story.
- Work with clients face-to-face to build trust and drive further business value.
- Generate genuine actionable insights on campaign performance based on the campaign strategy.
- Dissect client briefs to determine what needs to be done and who needs to be engaged.
- Accurately scope projects for the data team.
- Collaborate with Tech, XD, and other teams to deliver high-quality results.
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Experience in developing Statements of Work and working with data visualization tools.
- Able to dissect complex business problems and develop innovative solutions.
