We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Worker to join our KinCare team in Hornsby. As a valued member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our customers, enabling them to live independently at home for longer.

As a Home Care Worker, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing domestic assistance, including cleaning and laundry services, to ensure our customers' homes are safe and comfortable.
- Assisting with meal preparation and shopping, ensuring our customers receive nutritious food and maintain their independence.
- Offering social support and transportation to lifestyle activities, helping our customers stay engaged and connected with their community.
- Providing personal care services, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, to promote our customers' dignity and well-being.
- Managing medications, assisting with mobility, and supporting therapy goals to help our customers achieve optimal health outcomes.

What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A Certificate III or above in Aged Care or Individual Support, Disability, or Nursing.
- At least 6 months' experience in a similar role, with expertise in personal care, manual handling, hoist training, and medication management.
- A current P1 class or above Australian Driver's License and a registered vehicle – travel is an essential aspect of this role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- A flexible and adaptable approach, with a willingness to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
