We're seeking an experienced and compassionate Home Care Worker to join our team in the Hornsby area.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide domestic assistance, ensuring older people have a safe and comfortable living environment.
- Assist with meal preparation and shopping, promoting healthy eating habits.
- Offer social support, transport to lifestyle activities, and personal care services.
- Deliver respite and emotional support, enhancing the overall well-being of our customers.
- Support customers with complex care needs, such as dementia, with patience and understanding.

Requirements:
- You must care about assisting our aged community to live independently at home for longer.
- A current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle are essential, as travel is a key part of this role.
- You should be able to manage challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
- Availability to work at least three days, Monday to Friday, is required.
- You'll need to be comfortable working independently and finding solutions to everyday problems.
About the Role:
This part-time position offers a competitive salary of $$35.00 per hour, plus superannuation and other benefits.
