Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Aged Care Professional to join our team in the Hornsby area. As a permanent part-time employee, you will work guaranteed hours close to home and have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our customers.

Job Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality domestic assistance, including cleaning and meal preparation, to enable our customers to live independently at home for longer
- Provide personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management, while promoting customer dignity and comfort
- Offer respite and emotional support to customers and their families, providing a listening ear and helping them navigate challenging situations
- Social support and transport to appointments, ensuring our customers remain connected with their communities
- Complex care for customers with high needs, such as dementia, requiring specialized knowledge and skills
Requirements
- 6 months or more experience in a similar role, including personal care skills and experience working with older adults
- A current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle, with travel being a significant aspect of this role
- The ability to work independently, finding solutions to everyday problems and knowing when to seek help from management
- Availability to work at least 3 days per week, Monday to Friday, with no night or weekend shifts
- A willingness to undergo a National Police Check/Right to Work, functional fitness assessment, and COVID vaccination confirmation prior to joining our team

Estimated Salary
