We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Home Care Worker to join our team in the Hornsby area.

  • This is an excellent opportunity to work with older members of our community, providing domestic assistance, helping with meal preparation and shopping, and offering social support and transport to lifestyle activities.

What We Offer:
  • A competitive estimated salary range of $AUD 35.50 - 44.00 per hour, plus superannuation, paid kilometers, and phone allowance.
  • Guaranteed hours close to home as a permanent part-time employee.
  • Ongoing training and development opportunities, including accelerated learning programs to gain your professional qualifications (Cert 3).

Requirements:
  • You must hold a current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle, with the ability to travel to customers' homes.
  • You should be available to work at least three days a week, Monday to Friday, without night or weekend shifts.
  • You should be comfortable working independently, finding solutions to everyday problems, and knowing when to ask for help from your Manager.
