Job Description:

Care Connect is seeking dedicated individuals to provide in-home care to our clients in Hornsby, Pennant Hills, Ku-ring-gai, Pymble and surrounding areas. As an industry leading care provider, our purpose is to enable people to live independently and safely at home for longer.

Responsibilities:
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with personal grooming and hygiene, including medication reminders, to ensure their well-being.
  • Domestic Duties: Perform domestic tasks such as cleaning and laundry to maintain a comfortable living environment.
  • Food and Nutrition: Support clients with food shopping, menu planning and meal preparation to meet their dietary needs.
  • Mobility Assistance: Assist clients with mobility within the home and local community to promote independence.
Requirements:
  • Right to Work: Hold a valid right to work in Australia.
  • Driver's Licence: Possess a driver's licence and own a reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance.
  • Certifications: Hold a Police Check, Working with Children Check and First Aid/CPR certificate.
  • Qualifications: Possess a Certificate III in Aged Care/Individual Support, Home and Community Care or a Bachelor/Diploma of Nursing.
  • Experience: Have a minimum of 3 months of paid experience working in the aged care or community care sector.
