We are seeking an experienced Home Care Worker to join our team in Hornsby, providing high-quality care and support to older members of our community.

The successful candidate will have a current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle, as travel is a part of this role. They will also be available to work at least 3 days - Monday to Friday, with no night or weekend shifts.

In this rewarding position, you will assist our clients with domestic assistance, meal preparation, social support, and personal care. You will provide complex care for customers with high care needs, such as dementia, and ensure their safety and wellbeing.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with domestic assistance, including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
  • Provide social support, including transport to appointments and lifestyle activities.
  • Offer personal care, including bathing, dressing, and medication management.
  • Provide complex care for customers with high care needs, such as dementia.
