About This Role:



  • Supervise the restaurant service period, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
  • Welcome and engage with guests throughout their food and beverage journey.
  • Understand guest requirements and deliver tailored service excellence.
  • Assist with bar operational tasks and maintain outlet cleanliness.
  • Lead your team, empowering them to grow and reach their potential.
  • Organize team-building activities, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
  • Ensure the outlet is adequately stocked and clean at all times.
  • Oversee the food and beverage team in completing general operational tasks.
  • Build relationships with guests through engaging experiences and thoughtful service, driving repeat bookings.

Your Qualifications:



  • Possess up-to-date RSA certification.
  • Demonstrate relevant experience in a managerial role.
  • Hold valid working rights in Australia.
  • Show enthusiasm for career advancement.
  • Be self-motivated, driven, and energized in fast-paced environments.

Compensation:


We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
