The goal is to provide superior artistic surface treatments that meet and exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough site assessments to determine the scope of work required
  • Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, or removing existing coatings as needed
  • Familiarize yourself with blueprints and instructions to deliver precise results
  • Mix and apply paint and other materials according to specifications
  • Carefully examine surfaces for imperfections and make necessary repairs
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a skilled painter or equivalent position
  • Excellent knowledge of painting materials, tools, and techniques
  • Aptitude for working at heights and using scaffolding/ladders safely
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
  • High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an apprenticeship program

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per annum
