Job Title:

ICT Hardware Support Specialist

The role of ICT Hardware Support Specialist involves providing high-quality support for the preparation, imaging, deployment, and return of ICT hardware assets.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Imaging and configuring new laptops, desktops, and high-spec devices for deployment
  • Resolving ICT service requests and incidents logged in ServiceNow
  • Packing outbound shipments and receiving inbound ICT consignments

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates will need to possess a minimum of active Baseline security clearance and have experience with:

  • ICT asset management systems, particularly ServiceNow, for tracking, updating, and resolving service requests and incidents
  • Imaging and configuring ICT hardware including laptops, desktops, and high-spec devices
  • Warranty processes and vendor claims initiation with vendors such as Dell and HP
