ICT Warehouse Manager Role

This is a critical position in our organization, responsible for ensuring the timely provisioning, deployment, recovery, and compliance of ICT hardware and peripheral equipment across multiple locations.

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of Imaging Support Officers to maintain efficient operations.
  • Manage ICT equipment returns and urgent dispatch requests, particularly for remote and ministerial offices, to ensure seamless logistics coordination.
  • Monitor stock levels and collaborate with the Hardware Asset Management (HAM) team to coordinate replenishments, maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Create and manage ServiceNow transfer orders and dashboards to maintain precise asset tracking, enhancing organizational visibility.
  • Liaise with users to manage tasks, incidents, and resolution outcomes within ServiceNow, fostering effective collaboration.
  • Coordinate urgent shipping requests and manage consignment tracking and reporting to ensure timely delivery and minimize disruptions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Expertise in ICT warehouse operations, including imaging, dispatch, and returns of hardware assets, to ensure efficient logistical processes.
  • Strong proficiency in ServiceNow, including asset tracking workflows, transfer orders, and dashboard creation, to enhance organizational efficiency.
  • Experience supervising technical support staff and coordinating logistics across multiple locations, promoting effective team management.
  • Familiarity with shipping portals and consignment tracking, to streamline logistical processes.
  • Ability to liaise effectively with internal stakeholders, including ICT Service Desk, Procurement, Projects, VIP teams, and Security, to foster collaborative relationships.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate stock replenishments and maintain accurate inventory records, showcasing expertise in supply chain management.
  • Proven experience managing ICT warehouse operations, highlighting effectiveness in logistics coordination.
  • Strong proficiency in ServiceNow, demonstrating ability to create and manage complex workflows and dashboards.
  • Experience supervising technical support staff and coordinating logistics across multiple locations, showcasing leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with shipping portals and consignment tracking, demonstrating ability to streamline logistical processes.
