About the Role

This is a critical position that ensures the smooth operation, maintenance, and support of ICT infrastructure. As a key member of our team, you will be working on exciting projects that drive innovation and excellence in ICT.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage escalated service desk requests and maintain server and desktop environments.
  • Install, upgrade, and manage hardware and system software to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Implement automation tools and scripts to streamline system administration tasks.
  • Diagnose and resolve system-related hardware and software issues.
  • Administer and maintain Active Directory and Azure services for identity and access management.
  • Perform regular backup operations and contribute to disaster recovery strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in administering and supporting Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for complex technical issues across networks, systems, and applications.
  • Knowledge of IT security principles, including system hardening, access controls, and backup/disaster recovery procedures.
  • Practical knowledge of virtualisation technologies, particularly VMware.
  • Familiarity with Enterprise Mobility Management solutions and scripting/automation tools.
  • Relevant certifications or training in Microsoft, Linux, or related fields (e.g., MCSA, MCSE, CompTIA, RHCSA).
