Due to growth, we are expanding our sales team to support our client base. In this role, you will report directly to the State Manager and work autonomously across the metro and regional territories of Melbourne.

Job Description

As a Dealer Sales and Service Leader, the purpose of the role will be to drive performance, service, parts, and engagement. Furthermore, you will:

  • Create and execute sales, marketing, and service plans with dealerships that align with our client's programs, focusing on sales actions, customer retention, and stock management.
  • Analyse dealer performance by model line and postcode, identify opportunities for improvement, and support the integration of our client's sales and service standards into business processes.
  • Collaborate with dealers to ensure accurate stock ordering and develop effective inventory management practices.
  • Focus on improving customer experience through Service MSI measurable actions and ensure accurate customer data management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealer Principals and staff to drive business outcomes and support our client's purpose.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive base salary of AUD 115,000 - 125,000 per annum, plus a fully maintained car, tools of trade, bonus, and super allowance. You will also have the opportunity to work for a leading OEM manufacturer and be part of a supportive and collaborative work culture.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A bachelor's or master's degree, preferable in Business.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated understanding and experience of business processes and marketing initiatives.
  • Ability to negotiate and influence business owners and senior managers effectively.
  • Strong adaptability and teamwork skills.
  • Must have permanent work rights to live and work in Australia.
