Regional Sales Manager

Job Opportunity:
Pedders is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and manage all aspects of the business in the Victorian and Tasmanian region. Reporting to the Senior Sales and Operations Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase sales revenue, EBITDA, and expand the company's footprint.
You will support the store network in day-to-day operational needs, guide and nurture a culture of strong participation, team coaching, development, and cultural engagement throughout your region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster a customer-centric culture and handle customer grievances efficiently.
- Engage in strategic planning, carry out data analysis, and offer mentorship to enhance outcomes.
- Establish and apply successful sales management strategies.
- Identify and communicate potential areas for growth and improvement.
- Work on increasing the profitability of the company's network, including company and franchise stores, and authorized dealers.
- Lead teams effectively to motivate them and help in reaching sales goals while managing their performance.
- Perform regular visits to the company, franchise, and dealer network, which may require travel between states when needed.
- Oversee training and supervision of new franchisees, authorized dealers, and their staff as needed.
- Participate in after-hours meetings, training, and trade shows as required.

Requirements:
- Experience in sales to a varied spectrum of clients, including business-to-business and retail.
- Qualification or demonstrated experience in automotive suspension repairs, components, and operation.
- Demonstrated track record of sales achievement and experience in a multi-site environment.
- Strong communication and engagement skills with the ability to inspire high performance.
- Strong working knowledge of industry/market rules and customer service processes.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Strong time management and self-motivation skills and ability to organize priorities.
- Exceptional customer service focus with high attention to detail and excellent follow-up.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Current, full car driver's license.
