As a key member of our team, you will report to the GM, Accelerated Performance and Delivery. You will leverage your experience in Private Health Insurance and business improvement programs to enhance performance across squads and teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coach squad and team members in essential capabilities, measuring uplift in capability.
  • Identify and address capability gaps within squads, collaborating with other Performance Coaches, Workstream Leads, People Business Partners, and the Head of Performance Coaching.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging squad leads and members to focus on efficient value delivery and contributing to a safe environment for experimentation and learning.

You will champion this culture across all work streams and Health Insurance more broadly, collaborating with other Performance coaches.
