We are seeking a Solutions Developer to support and enhance our Workforce Management platform. The successful candidate will partner closely with People & Culture, IT, and managed service providers to deliver robust solutions, optimize system performance, and provide end-user support across the business.
Main ResponsibilitiesAnalyzing business requirements and designing effective solutions
Configuring and implementing modules, including timekeeping, scheduling, and absence management
Managing integrations with Oracle HCM and other enterprise systems
Providing Level 2, 3 support, troubleshooting, and proactive system maintenance
Developing documentation, reports, and user guides to drive adoption and efficiency
Experience in analysis, configuration, and support of workforce management solutions, particularly UKG Pro
Expertise in configuring key modules, including Pay Rules, Accrual Policies, Work Rules, Scheduling Parameters, and Absence Management
Proficiency in tools like Report Writer and UKG Dimensions Analytics for building dashboards and KPIs
Strong integration knowledge, ideally including experience with Oracle HCM Cloud
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business language
