Job Overview

We are currently collaborating with a client to recruit an experienced Business Partner for a temporary contract role.

The Role This position involves partnering with executives, senior managers, and people leaders to provide strategic and operational guidance across a broad range of complex HR and people management matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing coaching and advice to senior managers and people leaders to strengthen capability and performance across the organisation.
  • Leading the end-to-end management of complex and sensitive casework.
  • Driving workforce planning initiatives to enhance organisational performance and efficiency.
  • Leading organisational change processes, ensuring compliance with industrial instruments.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience working within government.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and application of a Business Partnering model and framework.
  • Proven success managing sensitive and complex people management matters through to resolution.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
