Clinical Therapist for NDIS Participants

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Therapist to work with our team in delivering services to National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) participants.
About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and motivated Clinician to join our dynamic team. As a Clinical Therapist, you will be working closely with individuals with disabilities, their families, and carers to identify needs, develop support plans, and deliver evidence-based therapy.
Your expertise will enable you to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure that NDIS participants receive high-quality services tailored to their individual goals and aspirations.
Responsibilities- Evaluate and assess the needs of NDIS participants through person-centred planning.
- Develop and implement individualised support plans that reflect participants' goals, passions, and strengths.
- Provide evidence-based therapy to help participants achieve meaningful outcomes.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and consistent high standards.
- Current membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with NDIS participants or similar populations.
- Active Australian Business Number (ABN).
- Relevant insurance cover, including public liability, professional indemnity, and comprehensive car insurance.
- Police clearance, Working with Vulnerable People (WWC), and NDIS screener certificates.
- A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
