About the Role

As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing an allocated caseload and providing timely therapeutic services.
  • Assessing participant capabilities and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments.
  • Formulating treatment goals unique to each participant.
  • Providing evidence-based interventions to enhance participant outcomes.
  • Suggesting adaptations to environments to promote independence.
  • Maintaining awareness of current legislation to ensure compliance.
Requirements
  • Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills to manage a varied caseload.
  • Proactive attitude and enthusiasm for learning and growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Genuine passion for working in the disability sector.
