As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for:
- Managing an allocated caseload and providing timely therapeutic services.
- Assessing participant capabilities and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments.
- Formulating treatment goals unique to each participant.
- Providing evidence-based interventions to enhance participant outcomes.
- Suggesting adaptations to environments to promote independence.
- Maintaining awareness of current legislation to ensure compliance.
- Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong time management and organisational skills to manage a varied caseload.
- Proactive attitude and enthusiasm for learning and growth.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Genuine passion for working in the disability sector.
